- Support tactical execution of the comprehensive marketing plan that supports the resorts' business goals and the customer journey (spanning group, leisure, local, spa and the golf segments).
- Ensure the cohesive storytelling of the resort's offerings, experiences and unique positioning are pulled through across all sales and marketing touchpoints to consumers.
- This holistic plan will include public relations and digital channels to drive awareness/buzz, revenue and generate meeting and catering leads across owned and influencer channels (or platforms).
- This position will help spearhead the creation, planning and performance of all digital media.
- Collaborate closely with the Director of Sales & Marketing and other department personnel to execute a resort calendar (content, promotional, programming/ activations).
- Work closely on the annual tactical budget planning based on ROI from initiatives executed.
- Collaborate with Director of Sales & Marketing on budget execution, social media content calendar, advertising fulfillment and creative direction over the course of the year.
- Spearhead social media engagement for the Omni Rancho las Palmas Resort, channels, ensuring compliance and collaboration with appropriate stakeholders.
- Leverage the corporate brand, marketing, and digital and CRM/Loyalty team for maximum efficiency.
- Support local traditional and social media influencer relationships, including co hosting media events and coordinating logistics across the Omni Rancho las Palmas with key applicable partners.
- Support marketing reporting to measure KPls for marketing strategies, campaigns and tactics on a monthly basis, and quarterly and annual deep dive. Proactively identify areas for refinement/optimization, based on business needs and results.
- Ensure the creation and distribution of all resort photography and videography assets are on-brand.
- Support relationship with agency partners, directly or indirectly
- 1-3 experience in hotel or hospitality marketing, digital and communications preferred.
- Experience managing social media content creation, graphic design, public relations, marketing planning and execution.
- Robust creative skills with the ability to balance strong communication skills (written, verbal, proofreading).
- Preferred skills: Strong understanding of social media trends.
- Experience in creative development and robust organizational skills with a strong capacity to think outside the box.

Pay: $23 - 25.00/hour. The pay scale provided is a ge that Omni Hotels & Resorts reasonably expects to pay. Actual compensation offered may fluctuate based on a candidate’s qualifications and/or experience.
