What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute marketing plans to enhance brand awareness and promote products
- Analyze consumer behavior trends to generate creative marketing ideas
- Collaborate with management and executive personnel to communicate marketing objectives

- Track and analyze marketing campaign success through strong analytical skills
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in a Credit Union or financial institution
- Proficiency in traditional and digital marketing practices, including social media and email marketing
- Solid computer skills, including MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with strong project management abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in marketing for a Credit Union or other financial institution
- Interest in data analysis and tracking marketing campaign performance
- Strong content writing and editing skills with attention to detail
