      Job Title: Marketing Assistant (Remote)
Employment Type: Open to part-time or full-time, depending on fit
Location: Remote-first (team operates across North America & internationally)

We're a fast-moving team operating across three creative ventures-a digital rights agency, a cultural coffee brand, and a rising dance music label. We're looking for a Marketing Specialist who is eager to support and execute marketing initiatives that help creators, communities, and ideas thrive.

This role is ideal for someone early in their marketing career, hungry to learn, and excited by the intersection of music, branding, digital media, and creator partnerships. You'll work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to keep campaigns running, assets organized, and stories flowing to the right audiences.
      What You'll Do
      • Assist in executing marketing strategies across social media, email, and web platforms
      • Help manage content calendars across ventures (e.g., campaigns for new artist releases, coffee product drops, or educational series)
      • Prepare and publish content using tools like Mailchimp, Instagram, TikTok, and Discord
      • Maintain organization of digital assets (photos, copy, links, content) across cloud platforms
      • Support brand partnership outreach and track influencer or creator engagement
      • Update marketing dashboards and track campaign performance metrics
      • Help coordinate virtual events, artist launches, or pop-up activations as needed
      • Conduct research on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging marketing tools
      • Provide general support to the marketing and creative leads to keep initiatives moving
      Who You Are
      • 1-2 years of experience in a marketing, brand, content, or creator-facing role
      • Deep curiosity about Electronic Music, creators, cultural trends, and digital media
      • Strong written communication skills-clear, concise, and adaptable to different voices
      • Detail-oriented and organized, but able to adapt in fast-changing situations
      • Enthusiastic, self-starting, and proactive-you ask questions, follow up, and offer ideas
      • Comfortable using or learning tools like Instagram, Discord, Canva, Mailchimp, Notion, Airtable, and Google Suite
      • A team player who's energized by collaboration and supporting others
      • Bonus: Experience in content editing, graphic design, or social media growth strategies
      • Bonus: Familiar with using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney) to support creative work
      Why This Role Rocks
      • Creative variety: You'll touch projects across music, digital rights, branding, and consumer products
      • Hands-on learning: Work side-by-side with experienced founders and operators
      • Remote flexibility: Collaborate from anywhere with strong communication
      • Team energy: Join a mission-driven group of builders passionate about shaping culture
      • Clear path to growth: As you level up, this role can evolve into Marketing Coordinator or Manager
      • Incentive potential: Eligible to participate in company-wide performance bonus plans
      Cultural Fit

We are a small, creative team building things we believe in. You'll fit right in if:
      • You believe in momentum through small wins
      • You're always looking to learn, master, and teach
      • You love working across multiple disciplines and wearing different hats
      • You care about creators and communities, not just metrics
      • You bring positive energy and problem-solving to every room

      Ready to Join Us?
If you're passionate about music, marketing, and culture-and want to learn by doing in a fast-paced, creative environment-we'd love to hear from you.
