- Develop and manage integrated marketing campaigns to support lead generation and nurturing, client implementations, and ongoing account management.
- Assist in coordinating marketing campaign execution across digital / SEO, social media, thought leadership and media, email, events, content and design, and more.
- Monitor, measure and optimize marketing campaign strategies across channels.
- Develop content for digital and print channels to optimize targeted outcomes throughout the customer lifecycle (e.g., client emails, collateral, web content, slide decks, etc.).
- Support creation and/or updates to client partnership materials that enable success at launch and ongoing (e.g., training materials, email campaigns, collateral, etc.).
- Manage post-launch client email campaigns and ongoing client nurture campaigns to drive account penetration and overall success (e.g., editorial calendar, metrics, improvements, and reporting).
- Work closely with Marketing Automation Specialist to execute email campaigns and identify/implement process efficiencies.
- Assist in managing SharePoint library of materials for assigned vertical markets.
- Support dispositioning of website leads for qualification and delegation to sales.
- A strong cross-functional relationship builder-ability to directly support stakeholders/build consultative relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Exceptional copywriting and editing skills. Proficiency developing effective messages tailored for delivery across a variety of channels (e.g., website, email, print, presentations, etc.).
- Data-focused with the ability to evaluate metrics, interpret for stakeholders, translate into opportunities, and implement updates to optimize outcomes.
- Critical thinking, independent judgement, and sound decision-making skills.
- An eye for using visual design to support the development of clear messages.
- Ability to proactively identify areas of opportunity and where support is needed.
- Strong creative and project management skills. Organized and detail-oriented.
- Strong ownership of deadlines and commitment to following through timely.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations or related field.
- 3+ years of applicable experience

- Experience in the healthcare industry is strongly preferred.
- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.) is a bonus, but not required.
- A self-starter with the ability to see projects through to completion.
- The ability to embrace an agile approach to managing work and be flexible to reprioritize in a fast-paced environment.
