      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist in launching and optimizing retail media campaigns across major platforms, including Amazon and Walmart
      - Monitor campaign performance and prepare weekly reports on key performance indicators (KPIs)
      - Collaborate with agency partners to ensure timely execution and delivery of marketing assets
      - Analyze customer shopping behavior to improve engagement and conversion metrics
      - Maintain dashboards and assist in performance analysis using Business Intelligence tools

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
      - 3+ years of experience in digital media, focusing on retail media or e-commerce
      - Strong understanding of Retail Media Networks, including Amazon Ads and Walmart Connect
      - Proficiency in analytics tools such as Excel and Power BI
      - Experience working with media agencies and cross-functional teams

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with tools such as Pacvue/Skai, Profitero, and Helium 10
      - Experience with Target Roundel, Orange Apron, and Best Buy My Ads
      - Additional experience in Vendor Central and Seller Central
      - Proven ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies
      - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
