What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement event strategies across key verticals, including higher education and healthcare.
- Manage logistics and planning for select regional events, tradeshows, and sponsored activations.
- Oversee pre-event planning and post-event recaps, including booth execution and coordination of event materials.
- Support marketing campaigns by drafting and reviewing event communications and ensuring proper lead tracking.
- Provide mentorship to the Event Coordinator and assist in maintaining event playbooks and timelines.
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-6 years of experience in marketing event planning, with 1-2 years focused on strategy and execution.
- Strong organizational skills, time management abilities, and attention to detail.
- Experience working with vendors, venues, and external partners in event planning.
- Proficiency in CVENT and familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Monday.com, and Excel.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, cross-functional work environment, with strong communication skills.

- Experience managing budgets, shipping logistics, and timelines for concurrent projects.
- Ability to engage effectively with diverse groups and foster positive relationships.
- Previous experience in the education or healthcare sectors.
