      Position Summary
      This position reports to VP of Marketing and will help support marketing activities as needed, specifically in onboarding new practices and providers and with the development of marketing campaigns and materials.

      Responsibilities

      • Referral Marketing. Work with VP of Marketing and providers to create custom packets of referral marketing materials.
      • Onboarding and offboarding of physicians and advanced practitioners. Work with physicians and front office staff to schedule photoshoot, craft welcome letters and email campaigns, work with the vendor to create custom marketing collateral, update the website and social media channels.
      • Curate, schedule, and maintain Social Media Calendar - Instagram, Facebook, Twitter.
      • Weekly email promotions to maximize website/landing page traffic for all locations, treatments, and procedures.
      • Work with freelancers to develop all content and graphics as needed for collateral, brochures, social media posts, print ads, etc.
      • Develop project briefs for freelancers on all new requests provided by practices.
      • Develop and maintain comprehensive spreadsheets tracking progress/timelines of multiple concurrent projects: Monthly email blast schedule, content planning (Newsletter, social media, website content), promotions, events, and event results.
      • New provider and practice onboarding schedules in Google Drive.
      • Order brochures and other print materials for all practice locations.
      • Proofread and edit the first round of all marketing content for newsletters, social media, website, advertisements, provider letters, patient letters, emails, brochures and more.
      • Print Publication Negotiation and ad placement.
      • Organize final marketing materials for historical record on Google Drive.
      • Research marketing opportunities for CSI offices as directed by marketing team.
      • Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks.

      Requirements
      Strong copywriting skills. Degree in Marketing/PR, writing or communications. Good knowledge of Wordpress required. Other platforms to be used: Google drive suite, Mailchimp,Photoshop, Canva. Understanding of medical marketing preferred. *
