- Work with Marketing Managers and Senior Specialist across business stakeholders to assist in building marketing plans including positioning, regional focus, audience, and optimal mix of tactics with measurable goals and schedule.
- Collaborate across Marketing teams to coordinate and manage projects and drive execution of campaigns across tactics.
- Understand and specialize in targeted firm types’ workflows and solutions to develop strategic personalized marketing plans.
- Continuously increase expertise in strategic marketing planning, tactics, campaign orchestration, and assigned areas of FactSet and related persona focuses.
- Compile and communicate campaign and event reports within Marketing and to business stakeholders.
- Follow implemented processes across marketing technology to ensure proper tracking and optimal collaboration across teams.
- Bachelor's Degree in finance, marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 4-5 years experience in B2B marketing or working with financial workflow solutions.
- Possess an in-depth understanding of B2B product marketing requirements in the financial services industry.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the financial industry.
- Exceptional writing skills with an ability to present information clearly and creatively.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- High level of self-motivation; ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

As the Senior Marketing Specialist, Strategy & Programs, you will be responsible for assisting in the development and execution of annual marketing plans to promote FactSet’s solutions to the assigned target audience in order to build brand awareness, drive leads, and achieve measurable ROI. You will be a problem solver and have entry-level knowledge of available marketing tactics. Your main goal will be to build knowledge of FactSet’s solutions across a specific workflow and persona in your assigned focus area(s). You will build internal relationships and collaborate with members of Strategy/Sales/Product Marketers by assisting in the planning, meetings, reporting, and other communications. You will also contribute to relationships with external vendors and partners and represent FactSet appropriately.
