      About this role:

      Reporting to the head of Sponsorships and Brand Engagement, this position will collaborate with key stakeholders across the enterprise to develop sponsorship strategies and plans for a portfolio of marketing programs. Additionally, this individual will drive the measurement agenda across the portfolio; developing insights and analytics to support go forward decisions and improve marketing return on investment (MROI). This position can office in Charlotte, NC; or New York, NY and does not offer relocation. The Wells Fargo job profile is Lead Marketing Consultant.


      In this role, you will:

      • Develop innovative integrated marketing sponsorship strategies and plans

      • Refine sponsorship strategy framework to drive business results and deliver against KPIs

      • Conduct competitive analyses and translate key insights into strategic recommendations

      • Develop reporting capabilities that measure the impact of marketing sponsorship initiatives; more specifically: brand impacts; business impacts and campaign performance

      • Establish benchmarks, measure performance, and provide recommendations that improve marketing return on investment (MROI) and operational efficiency

      • Collaborate with LOB analytics teams to drive cross-functional integrated support

      • Create and update a dashboard to showcase KPIs

      • Manage relationships with external vendors/partners

      • Prepare presentations, highlighting capabilities, performance, and learnings

      • Partner with key stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities


      Required Qualifications, US:

      • 5+ years of Marketing, Digital Marketing, Digital Platforms (i.e. Mobile or Social Media) experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


      Desired Qualifications:

      • Experience developing integrated marketing sponsorship strategies and plans

      • Experience developing reporting capabilities that measure the impact of marketing initiatives

      • Experience preparing executive level presentation with MS PowerPoint

      • Experience establishing benchmarks that improve return on investment / operational efficiency

      • Experience consulting and influencing senior leaders, partners, and peers

      • Experience managing relationships and collaborating with external agencies

      • Experience building strong relationships and collaborating across large organizations

      • Experience presenting information in a manner that persuades, and influences decision makers

      • 301 South Tryon Street - Charlotte, NC ($96,600 to $171,800)

      • 150 East 42nd Street - New York, NY ($115,900 to $206,100)

      Pay Range

      $115,900.00 - $206,100.00 Annual
