What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a key member of the enGen Strategy team, collaborating with leadership and marketing teams
- Develop and execute effective marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with brand and acquisition goals
- Define key content themes and messaging across various channels, ensuring consistency in communication
- Analyze customer journeys and market data to inform strategies and improve campaign effectiveness
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive strategies to enhance marketing initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree
- 7 years of relevant experience in marketing or a related field
- Proven success in launching new products or managing product life cycles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including market and audience assessments
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- MBA or other Master’s degree in a related discipline
- Experience in agency account management or direct marketing
- Background in brand or product management within the retail or consumer packaged goods sectors
- Familiarity with consultative selling and technology tools in marketing
- Experience in healthcare insurance or provider industries
