      The Vice President, Marketing Strategy Lead for the Chase Auto consumer marketing team will lead marketing initiatives and efforts to achieve short and long-term business goals. The ideal candidate will have strong digital marketing expertise and the ability to develop impactful campaigns based on evidence-based research and insights.

      Job Responsibilities

      • Translate Chase Auto business goals into marketing plans which communicate a clear value proposition to achieve stated marketing objectives
      • Have a deep understanding of the customer path-to-purchase understanding segment-specific needs and behaviors and how to effectively communicate with the goal of raising awareness, nurturing leads, and converting
      • Lead the planning, development, execution, analysis, and assessment of integrated marketing plans specific to assigned Chase Auto consumer audience segment(s). Track, monitor, analyze campaign KPIs and find opportunities to optimize future performance.
      • Work closely with Data & Analytics and Product partners to develop test design strategies driving application of learnings across the consumer book of work
      • Work with Strategy Leads and Partners to develop recommendations for new campaign types and capabilities
      • Collaborate with cross line-of-business partner teams to drive performance and identify new marketing opportunities and areas for growth
      • Own budgeting for all assigned marketing efforts, including forecasting, monthly expense management, tracking, and reporting to Finance partners

      Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

      • Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years of B2C marketing experience and strong expertise in digital platforms and channels across owned and paid properties
      • Strong business and marketing acumen with an ability to link strategies to marketing campaigns, identify business opportunities, and deliver results
      • Analytical thinker with ability to interpret data to identify key insights that drive change
      • Ability to communicate effectively and confidently with numerous stakeholders across a range of functional areas and teams
      • Excellent written and verbal presentation skills with high proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel

      Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

      • MBA is a plus
      • Experience working in highly matrixed organization
      • Promote a strong control environment, adhere to procedures, while maintaining a customer-first mindset
      • Financial services or automotive industry knowledge/experience is helpful but not required
