- You are a "Doer". This is a hands-on, individual contributor role. You love strategy and prefer building briefs and diving into the execution details.
- You are data-inspired. You know how to look at a dashboard of performance data, find the story behind the numbers, and translate it into a killer creative concept.
- (Please note: As this role focuses entirely on the retail investor journey, deep B2C experience is essential).
- From Insight to Message: Deep dive into user research, data, and market trends to uncover actionable insights. You will turn these insights into sharp, relevant messaging frameworks that resonate with both new users (addressing barriers to entry) and existing investors (encouraging deeper activity).
- Holistic Strategy: Build comprehensive go-to-market plans that connect the dots between Acquisition (Social, PPC) and Retention (CRM, In-App).
- Channel Orchestration: Create strategies that utilize a diverse mix of channels: Organic & Paid Social, Google/PPC, Email, Push Notifications, and In-App messaging.
- Drive Execution: Write sharp, actionable briefs (defining the objective, audience, and proposition) and partner closely with Creative, Media, and Analytics teams to bring them to life.
- Optimize & Iterate: Constantly monitor performance, extract insights, and recommend optimizations to media spend and creative messaging
- 4+ years of experience in B2C / Consumer Marketing roles. (Experience in B2C Fintech is an advantage).
- Full-Funnel Expertise: Proven experience strategizing for both Acquisition (Paid Social, PPC) and Retention (Lifecycle, Email, Push).
- Storyteller & Analyst: You have strong analytical skills to define KPIs, but also the creative vision to understand what content works on which channel.
- Collaboration: Excellent stakeholder management and proven experience working with creative and media teams.
- Languages: Fluent English (Written and Verbal) – A must.
- A solid understanding of financial products, trading platforms, or the retail investing world.
