What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own and manage Adobe Tag Manager for data collection and tracking
- Collaborate with developers and marketers to ensure accurate tagging across web properties
- Design and execute A/B and multivariate tests using Adobe Target
- Monitor and analyze digital performance metrics using Adobe Analytics
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align technology with business goals and provide training
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing technology or web analytics
- 2 years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Cloud tools (AEM, Launch, Target, Analytics)
- Strong understanding of tag management systems and data layers
- Proficiency in web technologies (HTML, JavaScript, CSS) is a plus
- Excellent communication and project management skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Adobe Certified Expert – Adobe Experience Manager Sites
- Adobe Certified Expert – Adobe Target
- Google Tag Manager or other TMS certifications
