What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Consult with business partners and project team members to design, build, and manage websites and web applications
- Deploy and maintain systems to manage website content
- Update website content using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript functionalities
- Create and maintain A/B tests for website optimization
- Analyze and resolve basic production issues following department guidelines
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2+ years of Front End Development experience within a medium to large IT organization
- Experience with enterprise CMS software like Drupal, WordPress, or AEM
- Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript (with jQuery), and CSS (with Bootstrap framework)
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and web server/database administration
- Solid communication skills and demonstrated ability to learn new skills quickly
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Exposure to server-side programming or scripting languages
- Experience administering and configuring a code repository
- Familiarity with RegEx concepts
- Ability to work on project plans while meeting established deliverables and timelines
- Adaptability and good judgment in problem-solving
