What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and coordinate account activities and deliverables for the Pennsylvania team
- Facilitate regular status calls and ensure timely completion of administrative tasks
- Collaborate with office staff and leadership to execute digital media strategies
- Support and manage content distribution across social, web, and digital platforms
- Create and edit video, motion graphics, and static imagery for digital platforms
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience in digital communications, social media management, and video production
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple tasks independently
- Proficiency with creative tools for digital content and motion graphics
- Excellent communication, reporting, and time management skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Photography and videography experience
- Experience with paid promotion tools and campaign analytics
- Familiarity with nonprofit or community-focused organizational environments
