What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain and update Social Media Channel Evaluation documentation
- Refresh and enhance evaluation materials including surveys, checklists, and reports
- Assist in preparing PowerPoint presentations, internal research documents, and Excel-based analyses
- Support the social media team with project tracking, data collection, and content organization
- Compile and summarize social media performance data into actionable insights
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or social media positions
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience using enterprise social media tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Sprout Social)
- Competence in collecting, analyzing, and organizing data, as well as preparing written reports
- Strong grasp of social media analytics and experience interpreting performance data
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with brand performance evaluation frameworks
- Experience working in remote or hybrid team settings
- Exposure to enterprise SaaS platforms for digital marketing or analytics
