Title: Marketo

Job Description:
Develop and manage marketing automation initiatives within Marketo, ensuring seamless execution of campaigns.
Provide strategic guidance and implement best practices in collaboration with stakeholders at all levels, from operational teams to C-suite executives.
Oversee the technical design, configuration, deployment, and optimization of Marketo programs to enhance marketing effectiveness.
Design and develop emails, forms, and landing pages within Marketo, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives.
Configure, modify, and conduct A/B testing on key campaign components, including forms, landing pages, and emails, to optimize engagement and conversion.
Troubleshoot and provide real-time support for Marketo-related issues, such as sync problems with third-party tools (e.g., Personify), missing or undelivered emails, and campaign execution challenges.
Analyze marketing and sales operations to identify areas for improvement and drive efficiency.
Monitor daily campaign triggers and ensure timely execution of automated marketing workflows.
Required Skills & Experience:
3+ years of hands-on experience with Marketo and marketing automation platforms.
In-depth expertise in Marketo, including campaign execution, reporting, and optimization.
Strong background in marketing analytics, reporting, and project management.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders across all levels, including executives.
Experience troubleshooting third-party integrations (e.g., Personify) and resolving operational issues efficiently.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
