- Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Business, or other related Bachelor’s degree along with commensurate experience
- 4+ years of professional experience as a technical product manager within an agile development process
- 3+ years professional experience as a product manager of integrations of data exchange products, particularly in SFDC
- Strong experience in developing, deploying and managing technical integrations across the MarTech ecosystems
- Proven experience in CRM management and omnichannel integration within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, preferably in the oncology segment.
- Ability and willingness to get into the details technically, either through prior hands-on experience integrating APIs or through close prior experience working with engineers, such that you can comprehensively articulate and scope an integration’s technical needs and business implications with both internal engineers and external business stakeholders
- Exceptional technical project management skills
- Communication and leadership skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels
- Advanced degree in a relevant field
- 6+ year’s professional experience as a technical product manager within an agile development process
- understanding of oncology pharmaceutical sales and marketing processes, including an understanding of the regulatory requirements and compliance considerations
- Technical Project Management Certification and implementation experience in large organizations
As a MarTech Technical Product Lead, you will play a pivotal role in managing the seamless integration and optimization of MarTech products and capabilities within our US Oncology Business Unit (OBU) Omnichannel Ecosystem. Your focus will be on enhancing the customer experience and driving personalized engagement through effective implementation and coordination of existing as well as up and coming omnichannel capabilities (ex. GenAI). You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and IT, to ensure successful and compliant execution of integrated omnichannel strategies.

Accountabilities:
MarTech Development: Deliver an integrated omnichannel MarTech ecosystem that aligns with the business objectives and enhances customer engagement within the oncology pharmaceuticals market. Manage resources and timeline constraints vs expectations and define internal and external prioritization and communication.
MarTech Stack Leadership: Expertise in marketing technology tools and platforms such as marketing automation, email marketing, social media management, content management systems (CMS), analytics tools, and others is crucial to integrate them seamlessly within the omnichannel ecosystem.
Omnichannel Integration: Responsible for delivering and creating against a well-defined omnichannel ecosystem integration roadmap, leveraging product management development best practices. Implement and manage a cohesive and effective ecosystem that orchestrates engagement across all communication channels, including email, social media, mobile apps, websites, and personalized content, to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Data Management: Engage directly with data engineering to build actionable, scalable, parameterized data products that can be adjusted quickly based on market and customer needs.
Technology and Vendor Management: Collaborate with IT teams to evaluate, select, and implement technologies and third-party vendors to support the omnichannel ecosystem. Coordinate with other leads to align resources and ensure integration needs are executed in parallel with ecosystem roadmap requirements.
Compliance and Regulations: Ensure that all omnichannel ecosystem activities comply with relevant regulations, such as HIPAA and GDPR, and adhere to industry best practices to safeguard patient privacy and data security.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including omnichannel marketing leads, Medical Excellence, and IT, to align omnichannel ecosystem efforts with overall business strategies and ensure seamless integration across departments.
Trends and Innovation: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to identify innovative opportunities for enhancing performance, stability, and scalability of omnichannel ecosystem.
