      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Ensure accuracy and completeness of customer and product master data
      - Conduct data cleansing to remove old or duplicate data
      - Design and implement data quality controls
      - Perform ad hoc data requests
      - Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain data integrity

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Five or more years of experience in data analysis or computer programming
      - Proficiency in MS Office Applications, especially Excel
      - Bachelor's degree in information science, data management, computer science, or related field
      - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
      - Experience working with industry standards and regulations in database warehousing

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with data strategy, policies, controls, and programs
      - Experience in healthcare data management
      - Knowledge of data quality improvement strategies
