What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Define and document master data specifications, business rules, data models, and data dictionaries for various data domains
- Create and update master data records in Oracle applications and other systems, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and timeliness
- Collaborate with business units and IT teams to identify, document, and implement master data requirements, rules, and workflows
- Manage and maintain master data in Oracle applications and other systems, ensuring data integrity, completeness, and compliance with data governance policies and standards
- Perform data quality checks, audits, and remediation to identify and resolve data issues and discrepancies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in master data management, data quality, data analysis, or data governance roles
- Proficient in SQL, ETL, and data visualization tools
- Experience in working with cloud-based data platforms and services
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the building materials industry or related fields
- Knowledge of data modeling, data warehousing, and data architecture principles and practices
- Familiarity with data privacy, security, and compliance standards and regulations
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
