      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage and forecast material demand to ensure customer needs are met
      - Oversee material lead times from suppliers to ensure adequate material availability
      - Collaborate cross-functionally with government procurement and program teams
      - Identify material ordering points and fulfillment levels
      - Analyze large data sets to create substantiated material estimates and forecasts

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Experience in inventory management, demand forecasting, supply chain, or related fields
      - Ability to analyze large data sets from multiple sources
      - Proven track record of working with cross-functional teams
      - Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline or equivalent experience
      - 8 to 10+ years of professional experience in relevant fields

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience managing and sustaining inventory to support sales and reduce lead times
      - Familiarity with IFS software
      - Experience working with the Defense Logistics Agency (Aviation)
      - Master’s degree in a related discipline or MBA
