- Developing an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) by working with technical team leads to determine their critical tasks, identify contractual milestones, and associate interdependencies across the program
- Create, monitor, and analyze project schedules in accordance with EIA-748 guidelines
- Load program resources into the IMS and maintain budget and forecast of resources in the IMS.
- Conduct and facilitate weekly IMS reviews with program team.
- Prepare project and program status reports based on current and forecast schedules; implement and maintain schedule change control.
- Track, analyze, and report information appropriately to allow the project teams to manage their projects and evaluate weekly reports
- Track baselines, perform what-if analysis, and develop contingency plans
- Prepare, implement, and monitor scopes of work using Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) for control and integrity
- Monitor projects' progress, including identifying critical activities and reviewing forecasts and progress achieved to date
- Process monthly schedule performance data for internal and external reporting
- Prepare trend analysis to identify problem areas and submit recommendations for corrective actions.
- Bachelor's degree in economics, engineering, mathematics, operations research, statistics or business or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 5 years of PMO or Scheduling experience.
- IMS creation and scheduling experience
- Familiarity with determining the Critical Path and performing Schedule status updates, Schedule Risk Assessments
- Proficiency in other office products (Project, Primavera, Open Plan, Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, MS Visio and SharePoint)
- Sound knowledge of schedule systems, principles and practices required.
- Must be able to build and maintain accurate and up-to-date complex Government Contract schedules.
- Experience managing multiple projects and pulling together multiple schedules into a master schedule and/or interfacing with other teams managing different schedules.
- Experience with re-sequencing of the IMS based upon Government Option Periods and changes.
- Ability to efficiently and effectively handle multiple and shifting priorities while meeting deadlines.
- Familiarity with DoD Contracting environment
- Experience on large-scale development projects
- Familiarity with methods for integrating subcontractors into the IMS
- Must have excellent verbal/written communication skills and effective interpersonal skills.
- Must be detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated, and have a high-level attention to detail.
- Experience running DCMA 14-point schedule assessments
- Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)
- PMI Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP)
- Certified AACE Earned Value Professional (EVP)

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$82,100-$172,400
