What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide production support and address user issues raised via ServiceNow ticket within stipulated time/SLA
- Collaborate with ERP systems to resolve issues as needed
- Participate in status reports and meetings to track progress
- Take over transitions from existing teams and ensure smooth handover
- Be open to learning new tools and skills as required for the job
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.E./B. Tech), MCA, or equivalent
- Strong experience in ABAP
- Proven experience in Brazil localization
- Business English proficiency alongside native Portuguese skills
- Technical understanding of products/services and/or ecosystem being supported
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience as a Techno Functional consultant with tools such as Mastersaf DFE, One Source Tax One, eComex, Comex Recof
- Familiarity with GIT and Windows forms
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and LINQ
- Strong customer focus and ability to handle client interactions effectively
- Flexibility to work in shifts on a rotational basis
