      Job Description

      As a member of the e-Commerce team, you are responsible for collecting items on customer orders with accuracy and speed. You are responsible for the customer experience when customers receive their items, whether it’s shipped to their home or picked up in store.

      Job Qualifications

      Completion of high school or the equivalent. Creditable job-related experience may be substituted for the education requirement on a 9-months for 9-months basis. Six months of progressively responsible general experience.

      E-COMMERCE POSITION LOCATED IN SHIP FROM STORE IN THE MAIN EXCHANGE STOCKROOM. APPLICANTS MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 6:00AM AND 2:30PM TUESDAY-SATURDAY. HOURS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITH NOTICE.

      Major Duties

      Order selection: Print pick tickets daily and retrieves merchandise from the sales floor and/or stockroom areas for customer orders. The work will include moving merchandise from location to location by hand, dolly, pallet jack, or similar manual equipment.
      Packing: Prints packing slips and uses cost effective packaging to prevent product damage. The work will include verification the accuracy of order items prior to leaving the receiving area through a control point to ensure merchandise movement is accurate.
      Shipping: Prints and affixes shipping labels. The work will include placing packed customer orders in the designated pickup location to ensure daily shipment in a timely manner.
      Updates the status of customer orders in appropriate system(s).
      Orders and replenishes packing and shipping supplies as needed to maintain adequate stock.
      May assist in the training and development of other associates on the online fulfillment process.
      Complies with established safety, security, and fire prevention procedures and directives. Actively communicates/promotes the benefits of the Military Star credit card to customers in order to drive sales growth and increase customer loyalty.
      Performs other duties as assigned.
