      Do your talents include being able to teach Precalculus and Probability & Stats? If this is you, Springs invites you to apply for our full time Math Department Specialist position. This position qualifies for full health and wellness benefits, training and professional development, and CalSTRs.

      Essential duties include:
      * Evaluate and support student work through Canvas assignment feedback and submissions;
      * Development of curriculum and pacing guides for all high school classes within the department;
      * Attend monthly face-to-face meetings with Director of Instructional Support as required to develop department meeting agendas and discuss departmental issues;
      * Development of the agenda and chairing monthly departmental meetings to share best practices and effective instructional techniques within the department;
      * Monthly teacher support and informal observation in the classroom with the goal of developing the teachers' skills in personalizing education within the classroom setting.
