- Patient and able to explain concepts clearly
- Experience working with middle school students a plus
- Reliable transportation
- Review and reinforce 7th grade math concepts (pre-algebra, ratios, proportions, geometry, etc.)
- Help with homework and test preparation
- Provide practice problems and explanations tailored to student's learning style
- Encourage positive attitude toward math and problem-solving

1 Position Summary/Job Duties:
Job Title: Math Tutor for 7th Grade Student
Position Type: Part-time, Temporary
Hours: 1 hour per week
Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, OR Thursday evening between 5:00 PM - 7:30 PM (flexible within this window)
Location: Sun Prairie, Wisconsin
Pay Rate: $35 per hour (negotiable based on experience and distance traveled)
Position Description:
I am seeking a patient and knowledgeable college student to provide weekly math tutoring for my 7th grade son. The ideal tutor will help reinforce classroom concepts, review homework assignments, and provide additional practice to build confidence and mastery in middle school mathematics.

Start Date: Week of January 5th, 2025 or later
Duration: Ongoing through the semester/school year (potentially continuing over summer)
