What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct outreach and admissions activities to engage youth in development programs
- Collaborate with community organizations to promote program participation
- Analyze data to assess program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
- Provide effective communication and support to potential program participants and their families
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to outreach and admissions efforts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in human services, psychology, counseling, education, social science, communications, or a closely related field with one year of related experience; or
- Associate degree in the same fields with two years of related experience
- A valid Regular Driver License is required
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

- Knowledge of job corps outreach processes
- Ability to interpret and analyze data effectively
