      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide exceptional customer service in a phone-based environment
      - Process a high volume of prescription information with speed and accuracy
      - Perform claim adjudication and auditing duties, including prior authorizations and billing checks
      - Serve as a liaison between clinical pharmacists and medical professionals for patient care
      - Maintain patient records with attention to detail and confidentiality

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be 18 years of age or older
      - High school diploma or GED
      - Prior experience in a pharmacy setting is preferred
      - Pharmacy technician registration with State Board of Pharmacy is preferred
      - Ability to work in an office-based or remote setting, requiring sitting at a desk 90% of the time

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - CPhT certification is preferred but not required
      - Strong knowledge of pharmacy billing and medication processes
      - Exceptional communication skills for servicing doctor’s offices, pharmacists, and patients
      - Self-motivated and goal-oriented attitude
      - Passion for helping people and enriching their lives
