Job Description
- Req#: 505953
- Maintaining, repairing, and installing plumbing fixtures and hardware, such as: faucets, drains, showers, manual and automatic flushometers, sinks, water closets, urinals, valves, and piping.
- Performing general repair tasks, including: ceiling repair, door repair, installing hardware, lamp replacement, and light fixture repair.
- Clearing and unclogging drains and repairing leaks.
- Reading and interpreting mechanical plans and prints.
- Completing daily work order assignments under minimum supervision.
- Working at heights greater than 10 feet from ladders, scaffold and lift equipment.
- Wearing of respiratory protective equipment (annual pulmonary fit test required).
- Performing additional duties as assigned.
- Minimum of a HS Diploma or GED in or the equivalent combination of education and work experience. ( Please review the Equivalency Chart for additional information.)
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
- Must possess a valid driver's license.

- Typically bending, crouching, stooping
- Lifting demands > 50lbs

This is a Full-Time Union position classified as Non-Exempt. Benefits and compensation are based on the agreed Collective Bargaining Agreement for this position.
