What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to evaluate structural performance and failure modes
- Automate analysis workflows using scripting and software tools, preferably Python
- Develop clear documentation of engineering methodologies and analysis results
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development and design decisions
- Plan and execute validation activities, including overseeing physical test programs

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (mechanical, aerospace, etc.)
- Proven experience in structural analysis using FEA tools (e.g., ANSYS, Abaqus)
- Strong programming skills for automation, preferably in Python
- Ability to write comprehensive technical documentation and reports
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a multidisciplinary environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's or PhD in engineering
- Familiarity with ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code
- Experience with configuration management and version control systems (e.g., Git, SVN)
