What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage project execution, coordinating resources from multiple disciplines
- Oversee all aspects of project performance including safety, schedule, and budget
- Mentor and coach project team members to ensure accountability
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Prepare reports and technical studies that meet client requirements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BS from an ABET-accredited engineering program is preferred
- 10+ years of experience in a technical field (engineering, construction, planning, etc.)
- 5+ years of experience in a client liaison role in a support or lead capacity
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Construction management or management/business degree
- Engineering design experience
- PMP Certification
- MBA
- Experience writing proposals
