      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage project execution, coordinating resources from various disciplines as required
      - Take ownership of project performance, including safety, schedule, budget, and client experience
      - Direct and mentor the project team to ensure accountability and performance
      - Develop and maintain positive relationships with client task engineers and stakeholders
      - Prepare reports and studies that meet client requirements and effectively communicate technical information

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - BS or MS in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering from an ABET accredited program
      - 10+ years of experience in a technical field (engineering, construction, planning, etc.)
      - 5+ years of experience serving as a firm/client liaison in a support or lead role
      - Proven experience managing multi-disciplinary teams
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - PMP Certification is a plus
      - Construction management or a management/business degree
      - Engineering design experience
      - MBA is a plus
      - Experience writing proposals is a plus
