What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform repairs on equipment using the appropriate tools to meet company standards
- Follow work-order directions efficiently and effectively
- Diagnose causes of operating errors and determine corrective actions
- Communicate issues clearly and professionally in various situations
- Participate in ongoing education about company equipment and assist in additional areas as directed by supervisors
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive or trailer mechanics
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Familiarity with diagnostic tools and automotive/trailer mechanics
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Willingness to assist in other areas as needed
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with U-Haul equipment or similar fleet maintenance
- Additional certifications in automotive repair or related fields
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
