What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform repairs on equipment using the appropriate tools to meet company standards
- Follow work-order directions effectively and complete tasks in a timely manner
- Identify causes of operating errors and determine appropriate solutions
- Communicate issues clearly and professionally in various situations
- Participate in ongoing education regarding company equipment and assist in other areas as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Familiarity with diagnostic tools and understanding of automotive/trailer mechanics
- Valid driver’s license with the ability to maintain a clean driving record
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs, assisted or unassisted
- Willingness to use protective clothing or gear when necessary
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in vehicle repair or maintenance
- Additional certifications related to automotive or trailer mechanics
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly in challenging situations
- Experience working with various types of automotive diagnostic tools
- Knowledge of company-specific equipment and repair protocols
