What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Create and maintain construction schedules to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Manage subcontractors per contract requirements, both internally and on-site
- Maintain a clean and safe work site, adhering to local ordinances and safety practices
- Verify the quality of work performed to exceed customer expectations
- Accurately monitor and track all materials utilized for projects
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED required
- 5 years of relevant electrical project management and estimating experience
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Products
- Willingness to travel extensively (80%) to project sites
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- PMP certification
- OSHA 30 certification
- Experience with energy efficiency projects
