What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Plan, build, and optimize campaigns across various digital platforms including Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Amazon Ads, and Reddit
- Utilize in-house reporting suite and Google Analytics to analyze campaign performance and create custom data models
- Communicate daily with clients via Zoom, phone, and email to provide insights and recommendations for campaign optimization
- Stay updated on trends in digital marketing, best practices, and emerging products and platforms
- Train and mentor new hires and junior staff to enhance team capabilities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing
- Advanced knowledge of Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping), Facebook Ads, Amazon Ads, Connected TV, and other digital marketing platforms
- Strong analytical skills and ability to prioritize workload across multiple projects
- High level of enthusiasm, professionalism, and curiosity
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with campaign management and optimization across multiple digital channels
- Familiarity with data modeling in Excel/Google Sheets
- Proven track record of effective client communication and relationship management
