      Citibank, N.A. seeks a Media Lead Analyst for its New York, NY location.

      Duties: Manage full year forecast across line of business to support marketing campaigns performed across all media, brand, advertising and experiential (MBAE) teams. Obtain monthly payment updates on the Google Marketing campaigns that the Acquisitions team manages as well as other payments addressed to the Marketing organization. Maintain and support contracts owned fully or partially by the MBAE teams. Manage project contract renewals or maintenance to support above the line and below the line media partners, ensure quality execution in the end-to-end process, and fully understand and follow Citi policies and legal and procurement requirements. Manage record retention for critical regulatory and auditing purposes. Act as the key point of contact between the MBAE teams, manage operations-related requests to the Marketing Governance 360 unit, help to solve task issues for the marketing teams related to budget matters. Facilitate a quarterly/ yearly attestation exercise to identify/confirm records/ processes that the MBAE team owns. Review, summarize, and update status of MBAE contract renewals to support leadership awareness. Remote work may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policy.

      Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Business Administration, Marketing, Accounting, Finance, or a related field, and two (2) years of experience in the job offered, or in a related occupation. Two (2) years of experience must include: Analyzing marketing campaigns and supporting quality assurance duties to understand, reconcile, and address budget according to the Line of Business and Marketing media channel; Partnering with a third-party vendor to promote business presence through Google Ads/Google Analytics; Executing internal and external stakeholders’ activities in operating marketing campaigns performance and identifying opportunities; Strengthening the ability to project manage the duties required to support all media channels, advertising/experiential activities, in control-related operations reviews; Strategically planning and forecasting budgets for digital media channels, advertising/experiential activities and lines of expense to support business operation; including reporting to the leadership team for business decisions; Overseeing paid search, display, and media campaign performance and spends through Google Ads platform; Processing invoices through payment system, carrying them out through finance/compliance approvals and final secure payments; and Managing vendor contracts, purchase orders, and invoices through Marketing Resource Management system. 40 hrs./wk.
