      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Review newsclips daily to identify all media mentions related to the organization and its sponsors
      - Produce daily news clips with context and frequency details
      - Support Marketing and Communications Department with branding initiatives, website, social media, and external relations
      - Attend weekly meetings with key team members as needed
      - Execute key Festival programs in March and April 2024

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 2 years of experience in developing written content like scripts, news articles, and advertisements
      - Passion for news and attention to detail in media monitoring
      - Ability to work independently and collaboratively under pressure
      - Strong communication skills tailored to various audiences
      - Ethical, tactful, and diplomatic approach with strong relationship management skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a non-profit organization or arts and culture sector
      - Knowledge of media monitoring tools and software
      - Previous experience in event marketing or communications
