      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the first point of contact for patients, staff, and guests at the clinic
      - Schedule patient appointments and manage incoming calls efficiently
      - Register patients by entering demographic and insurance information in the electronic medical system
      - Collect deposits or co-payments prior to patient appointments
      - Collaborate with clinical teams to facilitate smooth patient flow and address patient concerns

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or Equivalent
      - At least one year of demonstrated experience in an administrative position
      - Knowledge of healthcare office practices, policies, and procedures
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
      - Understanding of HIPAA guidelines and insurance verification procedures

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a healthcare setting or familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
      - Skills in providing exceptional customer service and effective problem-solving techniques
      - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently
