      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Design, develop, oversee, and execute real-world evidence (RWE) studies for oncology diagnostics
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align RWD/E strategies and translate scientific needs into actionable insights
      - Independently develop and execute statistical programs using software such as R, Python, or SAS
      - Present study results clearly to external stakeholders, including KOLs and policy-makers
      - Partner with KOLs to develop scientific publications, including abstracts and peer-reviewed manuscripts

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Advanced degree (Masters, PhD) in outcomes research, epidemiology, statistics, data science, or a related field
      - 8+ years of relevant experience in health-related outcomes research in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or device environments
      - Strong proficiency in R, Python, or SAS, with hands-on experience writing statistical programs
      - Extensive experience in real-world data analytics and observational research study design
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences

      - Experience in oncology, diagnostics, or precision medicine
      - Familiarity with advanced analytical techniques and algorithms for healthcare data
      - Ability to adapt to novel methodological approaches in outcomes research
