- Coordinate all regional Medical & Professional Affair activities
- Lead and manage the regional Medical & Professional Affairs team
- Responsible for the regional MPA strategy including the creation of clinical activation plans
- Build long term relationships with regional or global Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) as well as advisory and consultative boards
- Manage all clinical activities within the region; generate and drive relevant clinical evidence and medical intelligence
- Advice on best practice and new innovations
- Organize and implement professional education events in close cooperation with local marketing stakeholders
- Consultative role to local sales & marketing organizations regarding clinical aspects
- Key stakeholder to marketing and sales organizations
- Oversee local budget and the successful implementation of activities
- Advanced University Degree in Life Sciences or an equivalent experience
- Several years of experience in medical affairs and sales & marketing
- Expert in understanding and analysing scientific data and publications
- External credibility with Health Care Professionals and strong relationship builder
- Excellent communication, presentation and writing skills, confident at external speaking
- Strong commercial mindset and well versed in multidisciplinary project management
- Collaborative working style and with an analytic, proactive, and goal-oriented attitude
- Proficient knowledge of German and English required
- Willingness to travel regionally (at least 50%)
