Need 2 contract MSL focusing on medical education engagement strategy
Focus on oncology clinics focusing on lymphoma
Need exp with Hematology with an indication of lymphoma
Need to know the Cell Therapy process(either has worked in a cell therapy clinic or has referred patients to cell therapy clinic). Need to educate people
Need to have good oral and communication skills
Interfacing internal teams- working aligned with the field sales organization, Medical strategy teams and rest medical sales force(Including John Michael)
Cell Therapy experience is preferred, but Hematology is definitely required and will be most preferred.
Need to be flexible to travel, covering different states-- combination of both Air & driving travel, Mostly 1 Overnight per week, travelling to local offices doing presentation for 45 minutes, meeting appointment with Physician offices.
Clinical Trial engagement is not needed.
Education:- PharmD & DNP, PhD are also welcomed(Manager feels they don't have great communication skills)
From a client perspective this is more an entry level role. 3 years of experience will do. Good for someone also from a hospital background trying to have a break through to the industry. They should have done lot of presenting.
Motor vehicle record screening should be included while submitting the candidate along with the other questionnaire.
