      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide project coordination expertise to support Medical & Scientific Affairs functions and ensure compliance with guidelines
      - Maintain project flow and track timelines, deliverables, and budgets for MSA projects
      - Organize and coordinate medical affairs events, such as advisory board meetings and training sessions
      - Manage Investigator Initiated Study (IIS) Program activities, including proposal tracking and documentation
      - Collaborate with various departments to ensure the accuracy and consistency of medical information

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare Administration, or related fields such as Nursing or Pharmacy
      - Minimum of 5-10 years of relevant project management experience, preferably in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry
      - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
      - Excellent communication skills for collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
      - Familiarity with compliance guidelines and regulations in the medical field

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with medical information systems and databases
      - Knowledge of low-temperature hydrogen peroxide sterilization technology
      - Previous involvement in medical writing or literature reviews
      - Familiarity with budgeting and financial compliance checks
      - Experience in organizing scientific congresses or similar events
