      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Independently analyze applications to determine initial and ongoing eligibility for Medicaid programs
      - Apply complex federal and state eligibility regulations to make accurate eligibility decisions
      - Conduct interviews with clients, providers, and third parties to gather required documentation
      - Work with Take Charge providers to resolve eligibility issues
      - Collaborate with various stakeholders to expand access to medical care for eligible citizens

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree AND one (1) year of relevant experience OR associate degree AND three (3) years of relevant experience
      - Experience in providing direct client services or counseling in health insurance or related benefits
      - Knowledge of public assistance eligibility determination
      - Strong research and analytical skills
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience performing conflict resolution with customers
      - Knowledge of Medicaid programs and eligibility
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs such as Outlook, Word, and SharePoint
