- Use and manage multiple electronic systems
- Conduct interviews with clients, providers, and third parties
- Answer inquiries, update eligibility records, and expand access to medical care

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree AND one (1) year of relevant experience
- Experience in providing direct client services or counseling
- Knowledge of public assistance eligibility determination
- Strong research and analysis skills
- Exceptional customer service skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience performing conflict resolution with customers
- Knowledge of Medicaid programs and eligibility
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
