      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Administer medications and immunizations to patients
      - Obtain vital signs and maintain inventory of medical supplies
      - Ensure safe and efficient patient flow within the practice
      - Track high-risk referrals and lab tests, facilitating safe transitions of care
      - Contribute to HEDIS and designated quality measures to improve patient outcomes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED required
      - Certification as a Medical Assistant (AAMA, RMA/AMT, etc.) required within 90 days of hire
      - Valid CPR certification upon hire, with recertification every two years
      - Minimum of five years of applicable Medical Assistant experience in primary care may substitute for formal training
      - Two years of experience in an ambulatory care setting preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a pediatric or similar healthcare setting
      - Knowledge of HEDIS and quality measures
      - Strong interpersonal and communication skills
      - Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
      - Bilingual skills are a plus
