Actalent Healthcare is seeking a back office medical assistant for our oncology clinic!

Your Role:

• Assist inpatient care tasks such as taking vital signs, preparing patients for exams, and collecting medical histories, with a focus ononcology and colon/rectal patients.
• Support physicians and nurses with clinical duties, including administering injections, coordinating procedures, and assisting during specialized treatments.
• Maintain and organize patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Collaborate with front office staff and medical teams to ensure seamless patient care and workflow.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM - No weekends!

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of front office clinical experience.
• Experience with prior authorizations is a must.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English required.
• MA certification NOT required.
• Strong computer skills.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
