      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Perform clinical, technical, administrative, and clerical duties as directed by the physician
      - Prepare patients for examinations and treatments, documenting vital signs and medical history
      - Assist physicians with examinations, procedures, and emergency situations
      - Administer medications and immunizations as ordered by the physician, following competency guidelines
      - Complete patient registration, scheduling, billing tasks, and other general office duties as assigned

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Completion of an accredited medical assistant program preferred
      - No prior experience required; training will be provided
      - Job-related certification from one of the following: CMA (AAMA), RMA (AMT), CCMA (NHA), NCMA (NCCT), RMA (ARMA), NRCMA (NAHP), or RMA (AAMP)
      - Ability to maintain confidentiality in a healthcare setting
      - Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Successful completion of the Prisma Health Certification Institute (PHCI) Fast Track Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) program
      - Previous experience in a healthcare or clinical setting
      - Familiarity with medical terminology and patient care protocols
      - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
      - Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
