What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain communication with Clinical Call Center Supervisor
- Comply with HIPAA regulations at all times
- Assist in completing tasks from the in baskets in the Electronic Health Record (EHR)
- Answer patient's phone calls and messages in a timely manner
- Participate in quality improvement projects and attend nursing department meetings
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Current Medical Assistant Certification or ability to obtain within 60 days of hire
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) CPR Certification
- Previous experience in ambulatory care preferred
- Excellent oral communication skills and phone etiquette
