Job Description

- Record up-to-date patient information and medical history, and maintain medication lists in the EMR system.
- Perform patient vitals, prepare rooms, and manage inventory set-up.
- Sterilize reusable instruments to maintain hygiene standards.
- Run and verify laboratory work as required.
- Assist with answering phones when needed to support front desk staff.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with multiple specialty physicians.
- Undertake medical assistant administrative tasks.
- Certified Medical Assistant certification is required, NHA or RMA required.
- 1-2 years of clinic experience is required.
- Proficiency in using EMR systems, particularly Epic.
- Competency in phlebotomy, taking vitals, and managing patient information.
- Experience in family medicine and scribe duties.
- Preferred experience in an urgent care setting, OB/GYN, or pediatrics.

Mon: 9a-630p
Tuesday: 8am to 5pm
Wednesday: 1130a to 8pm/close
Thursday: 8am to 5pm
Friday: 9a-630p
Weekend:
3rd Saturday 8a-3pm & 5th Saturday 730a-6pm/close (4 times a year 5 Saturday's)
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
